Job Description
As an Account Manager at Promentrs, you will play acritical role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our consulting services. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, and aligning client needs with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions that meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, contributing to revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies foir client engagement and business development.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools; familiarity with finance and accounting concepts is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proactive, innovative, and responsible with a passion for delivering client-centered solutions and effective communication.
