The Role

As a Business Development Representative at Promentrs, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in expanding our client base and establishing strong relationships within the consulting industry.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients and industries, initiating outreach through calls, emails, and networking events.  
  • Engage with prospects to introduce Promentrs' services, understanding their needs, and positioning our offerings effectively.  
  • Generate leads through various channels and qualify them based on predefined criteria to assess their fit for our services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and interactions in the CRM system.  
  • Collaborate with the business development team to assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and materials for client meetings.  
  • Contribute insights and feedback from prospect interactions to refine and tailor proposals effectively.  
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and potential opportunities for business growth.  
  • Provide regular updates and reports on market developments to contribute to strategic planning.  

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.  
  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role is advantageous.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey value propositions.  
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.  
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive, innovative, and responsible with a passion for delivering client-centered solutions and effective communication.
