The Role
As the Senior Business Development Representative at Promentrs, you'll be a key driver in expanding our client base and fostering strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to expand our client portfolio.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our services to address their business challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business development, outlining target markets, industries, and key client segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients, effectively communicating Promentrs' value proposition.
- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks, informing our business development strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments, leveraging insights to adapt and refine our approach.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in a business development or sales role, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a proven track record in acquiring new clients and nurturing partnerships.
