Job Description

As the Director of Finance at Promentrs, you'll provide strategic leadership in overseeing the financial health and operations of the organization. You'll be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and ensuring compliance to support the firm's growth objectives.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Promentrs' objectives, forecasting financial performance, and recommending action plans.  
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with senior leadership to set financial goals and targets.  
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification, to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.  
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.  
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the firm's financial stability and growth.  
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing measures to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.  
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations in all financial operations.  
  • Liaise with external auditors, oversee audits, and ensure timely resolution of audit requirements.  
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance for professional growth.  
  • Foster collaboration and cross-functional partnerships within the finance department and across the organization.  

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred.  
  • Extensive experience in finance leadership roles, demonstrating a strong track record of financial management and strategic planning.  
  • Profound knowledge of financial principles, analysis, reporting, and regulatory requirements.  
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.  
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proactive, innovative, and responsible with a passion for delivering client-centered solutions and effective communication.
