Job Description

As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Promentrs, you'll lead our recruitment strategies and initiatives, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition plans to support the firm's growth and objectives.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with Promentrs' business goals and workforce planning needs.  
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast talent needs and establish hiring plans in line with business objectives.  
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates for various roles within the consulting firm.  
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by implementing best practices in communication, feedback, and onboarding processes.  
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance Promentrs' reputation as an employer of choice.  
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional networks, and industry associations to attract top talent.  
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, training, and support for their professional growth.  
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the talent acquisition team, ensuring collaboration and excellence in execution.  
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide regular reports to leadership.  
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process.  

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in HR are advantageous.  
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.  
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent sourcing strategies, and employment laws.  
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, innovative, and responsible with a passion for delivering client-centered solutions and effective communication.
