Job Description
As the Senior Finance Manager at Promentrs, you'll lead the finance team and be instrumental in driving strategic financial initiatives. You'll play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification, to guide business strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in formulating financial strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks, implementing measures to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance for professional growth.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders, such as investors, auditors, and financial institutions, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Provide financial insights and reports to senior management and stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations based on analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- Extensive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong grasp of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication abilities, with a proven track record of driving financial success in a dynamic environment.
